people and experience support, friendship and peace. Sure, I found other therians online. But contact over the internet has always felt distanced and unreal to me. Adding to this, the few communities I could locate were chaotic, contradictory, barely organised, our outright cults set up by power-hungry individuals. In the end, I've never found a proper, reasonable and real pack in my vicinity.

This is how eventually, on the 6th of February 2023, I decided to create my own therian pack.
And first of all, I want to say that I am acutely aware what some other therians think about packs that are structured into certain "ranks". I hear often enough that it is not how real packs in nature work, that only certain species form packs, and that such a behaviour only induces abuse (of power) and other problems.
However, that is not the point.
I want to remind everyone that not everyone of us has the luck and the privilege to be able to find/form a pack which organically originates from an unstructured local friend group. For a centrally organised pack like ours which actively draws attention to itself in order to give an opportunity for community to random lonely therians in our vicinity, an organised structure built on trust and associated tasks is absolutely mandatory. Of course however, in the pack's usual everyday life all members are fundamentally equal.

In light of this I am highly aware that as Alpha, it is my duty to protect and care for those who put their trust in me. When our members face problems and troubles, I will always be the first in line to tackle the issue. I take responsibility so that everyone else of us can live easier lives.
It's what an Alpha is supposed to do. It's a position of responsibility and accountability, not a position of power!

That being said, let me tell you what we are actually trying to build and achieve here! :3

We want to give lonely therians out there the chance to find a community that will accept them and take them in as one of their own. A cozy, warm and supportive family - that's what a pack should always be. A tight unity of incredible beings that could face the world together, no matter what. Every single one of us carries unique experiences, their own views and opinions as well as diverse talents which contribute to the atmosphere in the pack. Our members know there is always someone close-by who will listen, someone that cares and understands.
We vowed to always watch out for one another and to keep our social circle brimming with positivity and an indomitable will to live and prevail. Especially in times like these where the whole world is starting to slip back down into despicable right-wing ideologies, cohesion and integrity within the pack are crucially important.

Furthermore, we also do our very best to combat the spread of misinformation about therianthropy and similar topics. It is always horrifying to see what kind of falsehoods and baseless claims fly around the internet and less organised groups. Lies and made-up infos damage the image of the therian community as a whole as well as the long and difficult journey of newly awakened therians.

Eventually, we plan on weaving a large net of highly organised packs to provide a firm and trustworthy network for therians and otherkin all around Germany - maybe even the world!
