We Gràdhfurs are very engaged in the idea of creating a network of highly organised therian packs who are in continuous contact with each other.
Such a network would be an extraordinary basis for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, the cultivation of ideas and projects, the organising of big meetups and celebrations, as well as a firm pillar of support for both responsibility-bearing pack leaderships as well as all members of involved packs in general.
In this section, we display our current partnerships as well as our partnership requirements in case you are another pack seeking an alliance with us :3

Benefits and Duties of a Partnership
What does being in a partnership actually mean? In the following, we have listed a few points that illustrate our take on the matter:
⤖ both partnered packs provide a link (website, disboard, etc) to the other pack with a short description attached
⤖ both partnered packs provide a place for members of both packs to interact with each other (e.g. a dedicated discord channel or -forum)
⤖ both partnered packs must set up an isolated way of communication between their two leaderships for official talks
⤖ both partnered packs can efficiently organise large meetups and festivities
⤖ a network of partnered packs enables a steady flow of information and brings a bunch of "quality-of-life" benefits with it, for example:
- people can find better suited packs for them
- people can find packs closer to them
- pack leaderships can support each other in their responsibilities
- misinformation can be fought effectively
- higher visibility and presence due to combined size
Our Requirements for a Partnership
To ensure an alliance is mutually beneficial for both our pack and potential candidates, we pose several requirements that outline important key points we are looking for in possible future partnering packs:
(1) A unique and fixed identity.
(Establishing key lore and an original image is one of the most important things an Alpha has to do. The 1000th pack calling themselves "Shadow Pack", "Paws Pack" or "Therian Pack" is just another random group. Be original, be creative, be proud!)
(2) A well defined "pack hierarchy" with a clear division of responsibility and tasks between certain ranks.
(Potential candidates for partnerships must have a stable leadership and structure to allow a smooth conversation process for more demanding matters.)
(3) A thought-through list of rules and guidelines — and the ability to enforce them.
(Each pack leadership's duty is to create a binding set of rules to ensure an orderly atmosphere within their pack. It is also their task to make sure these rules are followed, and they must be able to distribute consequences if rules are broken.)
(4) An overall consensus with our own values.
(Diversion and discussion are very important, but opinions and views that are too different could prove harmful for the partnership in the long run.)
(5) Tight security measures against outsiders.
(The inside of a pack is sacred and may not be seen or disturbed by any outsiders. If a pack leadership is able to provide protection for their pack's members, we consider that pack safe to partner with.)
(6) At least 6 active members.
(Having a good and stable amount of active members shows that the leadership of that pack is able to keep the pack alive and active, which is very important for long-term partnerships.)
(7) Speaks any of our languages.
(Communication is important.)
How to enter a Partnership with the Gràdhfur Pack
If you are part of the leadership of another pack, we will explain the steps to enter a partnership between yours and our pack in the following :3
(1) Please read through our requirements for a partnership above and make sure you are a potential candidate for us :3
(2) Send our pack leadership an email at GradhfurPack_Therians@proton.me which expresses your desire to enter a partnership as well as directions on how to find your pack (website, disboard, etc).
(3) If we decide to go forward with your request, we will contact you and send someone from our leadership to check out your pack and see if it is indeed what we consider a potential candidate for a partnership.
You do not have to give us any kinds of special access or special rights, a basic overview (= what your basic trusted member can see) will suffice for us.
(4) If everything is satisfactory and both sides make a final agreement to entering the partnership, our alliance will be official.
Remark on entering Partnerships
You do not have to be a German pack to enter a partnership with us! We do prefer local partnerships, but we also accept partnerships from all over the world — Given that they fulfil our requirements of course.
